2. Scope

a) Website access

Our hosting provider automatically processes technical server logs (e.g., IP address, time of access, browser type).
This is necessary to deliver the website and ensure security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Logs are deleted or anonymized after a short period.

b) Contact form, email, and phone

- Data collected: name, email, phone number (if provided), message content.
- Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and any follow-up.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
- Retention: deleted once the request is fully processed unless further storage is required by law (e.g., tax or commercial retention).
